Warranty and Returns
Returns of items
You are entitled to the return of sending one or more items from your order without giving any reason within 7 days. You should always send back the advance reporting, returns not notified we will not! You should take care of the shipments and are solely responsible for the transmission part, preferably by registered mail so choose. Once we have received your shipment (of course in the state that we sent you) we will, within 7 days to return deposit money in your account.
Damage and Warranty
We offer no guarantee on breakage, however, all fragile items shipped very well packaged. If you unexpectedly receive a damaged package please send it back and then in consultation (if in stock) receives a new one. You can also opt for a coupon worth the article.
Report damage always within 24 hours of receipt!
